Generate the GIF
Sign up (free) and describe the animation you want — a bouncing logo, an animated headshot, a product loop. Gifmailer creates it and hosts it at a fast public URL.

Copy the hosted image URL
In your generated GIF page, click Copy URL. This is the direct .gif link Gmail will embed.

Open Gmail signature settings
In Gmail, click the ⚙️ gear icon → 'See all settings' → General tab → scroll to Signature.

Insert the image via URL
Click the image icon in the signature editor. Choose 'Web address (URL)' and paste your Gifmailer GIF URL. Resize to ~80×80 or 200×80 depending on your layout.

Save and send a test
Scroll to the bottom of Settings and click Save Changes. Compose a test to yourself — the GIF will animate in both desktop and mobile Gmail.
