Troubleshooting

The fixes that resolve the most common tickets.

  • My animation looks distorted

    Try a squarer source image (1:1 or 4:3) and rewrite the prompt to describe motion only — avoid describing the subject itself. Kling preserves what it sees and animates what you describe.

  • GIF is too large for my ESP

    Use the 'Email optimized' or 'Compressed' variant. If you still need smaller, drop the animation to Fast tier and 2 seconds.

  • GIF doesn't animate in Outlook desktop

    Outlook 2007+ shows only the first frame — expected. GIFMailer auto-ships a first-frame PNG fallback via MSO conditional comments so recipients still see a polished image.

  • Gmail integration says 'reconnect'

    Google tokens expire when you change your Google password. Go to Gmail settings and reconnect — no data is lost.

  • I hit a paywall mid-generation

    Free trial covers one project. Add credits from Billing or start a subscription; your project data is preserved.

  • Generation failed halfway

    Every stage is idempotent — retry from the project page. If the error persists, edit the prompt or switch quality tier before contacting support.
